Career-related services offered by the partners of the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board focus on meeting customers from Hunterdon and Somerset Counties where they are.
- The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Center Employment Services office and the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (DVRS) office at 75 Veterans Memorial Blvd. in Somerville are open for walk-in services 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding state holidays. - The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Center at Bartles Corner Road in Flemington closed on June 22 and will open at a new nearby location in Flemington at the end of August. Go to the Contact Us page for details.
- The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Training Services Center on the second floor of 27 Warren St. in Somerville is open for walk-in services from 8:30 a.m.to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding county holidays. Call 908-541-5780 or email onestop@somersetcountynj.gov.
In addition to in-person, all offices offer services through e-mail, phone and virtual platforms. A virtual orientation session for new customers of the Training Center is conducted at 10 a.m. Fridays, and virtual and in-person career-webinars on different topics are presented an ongoing basis by the Training Center and the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board. NJ Reentry Corp. Training Center Job Fair for Justice-Impacted Individuals
Access to meaningful employment is essential to long-term stability, economic independence, and successful reentry.
The New Jersey Reentry Corporation invites justice-impacted individuals and community employers to the Training Center Job Fair at the Governor’s Reentry Training and Employment Center being conducted from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, October 2, at the center, 195 Campus Drive, Kearny.
Participants will connect directly with employers, learn about available positions, and explore pathways toward sustainable careers.
Employers will have an opportunity to meet motivated job seekers, strengthen community partnerships, and support a workforce-development model centered on preparation, opportunity, and Second Chances.
