Career-related services offered by the partners of the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board focus on meeting customers from Hunterdon and Somerset Counties where they are.
- The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Center Employment Services office and the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (DVRS) office at 75 Veterans Memorial Blvd. in Somerville are open for walk-in services 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding state holidays. - The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Center at Bartles Corner Road in Flemington closed on June 22 and will open at a new nearby location in Flemington at the end of August. Go to the Contact Us page for details.
- The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Training Services Center on the second floor of 27 Warren St. in Somerville is open for walk-in services from 8:30 a.m.to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding county holidays. Call 908-541-5780 or email onestop@somersetcountynj.gov.
In addition to in-person, all offices offer services through e-mail, phone and virtual platforms. A virtual orientation session for new customers of the Training Center is conducted at 10 a.m. Fridays, and virtual and in-person career-webinars on different topics are presented an ongoing basis by the Training Center and the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board. New Jersey Conference for Women 2026
NJ Conference for Women 2026 will be conducted from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Friday, October 23, at the Hyatt Regency Princeton, 102 Carnegie Center,Princeton.
Presented by the Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce Women in Business Alliance, this is the largest one-day gathering of professional women in the Garden State, typically attracting 700-plus attendees.
The event will include 40-plus exhibitors, breakout sessions, a breakfast buffet and a celebration luncheon. The opening keynote speaker is Katie Sandoe (The Sparkologist) who “exposes the stereotypes, the false binaries, and the myths that keep us small—and replaces them with a liberatory framework called P³ Power: Power Within, Power To, Power Shared.” According to the conference website, this unapologetic and transformational keynote invites audiences to redefine power on their own terms.
