Career-related services offered by the partners of the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board focus on meeting customers from Hunterdon and Somerset Counties where they are.
- The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Center Employment Services office and the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (DVRS) office at 75 Veterans Memorial Blvd. in Somerville are open for walk-in services 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding state holidays. - The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Center at Bartles Corner Road in Flemington closed on June 22 and will open at a new nearby location in Flemington at the end of August. Go to the Contact Us page for details.
- The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Training Services Center on the second floor of 27 Warren St. in Somerville is open for walk-in services from 8:30 a.m.to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding county holidays. Call 908-541-5780 or email onestop@somersetcountynj.gov.
In addition to in-person, all offices offer services through e-mail, phone and virtual platforms. A virtual orientation session for new customers of the Training Center is conducted at 10 a.m. Fridays, and virtual and in-person career-webinars on different topics are presented an ongoing basis by the Training Center and the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board. CJHRC Community Webinar: Renter Info & Resources
Central Jersey Housing Resource Center (CJHRC) is presenting a free Renter Info & Resources Webinar on Thursday, October 15, from 5:30 to 8 pm.
Due to recent changes in the Affordable Housing Program, all tenants are requiredto obtain a rental counseling certificate to secure a rental in this program. Attending this webinar is one way of getting that certificate which is valid for one year.
The webinar is designed for current and future tenants and will cover key topics such as Fair Housing and the Fair Chance in Housing Act, money management and credit, federal and state housing programs, the NJ Very Low/Low/Moderate Income Program, rental search techniques, and more. It’s a friendly, helpful session meant to give renters the tools they need.

This is a two-hour webinar, and attendees must complete the session. In order to obtain a certificate, participants must complete and submit required forms; answer all poll questions; complete a survey; and the registration name and name on the documents must match.
