DESCRIPTION:A local immigration attorney will talk about the requirements for naturalization during a program running from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday\, June 18\, at the Somerville Library\, 35 West End Ave.\, Somerville. This program is intended to raise awareness about the rights\, responsibilities and importance of U.S. citizenship and provide information on the naturalization process and USCIS educational resources. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nThose who are lawful permanent residents (green card holders)\, may be eligible for U.S. citizenship. In this program participants will learn about: \n\nNaturalization eligibility requirements\nApplication Process\nEnglish & Civic exam\nReduced filing fee income threshold\nLack of Good moral character issues\nExceptions & accommodations for Naturalization exam\n\nGo here for more information. \nThis program will be presented by Snehal Batra\, Esq.\, partner at NPZ Law Group\, PC\, located in Raritan.
