DESCRIPTION:The “Best Practice” processes and procedures the U.S. Navy has developed to link employers to employees in today’s competitive employment environment are the subject of an upcoming free dinner and presentation sponsored by the NJTMA in conjunction with NJSBDC and TMG\, Inc. \nThe program will be conducted from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday\, February 29\, at the Galloping Hill Golf Club at 3 Golf Drive in Kenilworth. \nThe U.S. Navy Talent Pipeline Program is metrics driven\, and has been used successfully in Pennsylvania\, Virginia\, New England and New York. The program is now being introduced to the New Jersey manufacturing community. \nThis event is geared exclusively to NJ-based small to medium-sized manufacturers and is open to NJTMA members and non-members alike\, and attendees do not have to currently be doing Department of Defense (DoD) business to attend. \nAttendees will get ideas on how to attract new talent into their companies\, while also learning how to get involved in the U.S. Navy Talent Pipeline Program and possibly start doing business with the Navy or the DoD in general. \nTo register\, go here. \nFor more information\, visit https://www.njtma.org/.
