DESCRIPTION:Norwescap Career and Life Transitions Center (CLTC) is presenting an Empowerment Coaching Course with Marie Webber\, Certified Empowerment Coach\, with four sessions in July from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. in-person at Warren County Habitat for Humanity Community Center\, 31 Belvidere Ave Washington\, NJ. \nIn this four-class program\, Self-Care\, Boundaries\, Communication and Moving Forward will be covered. These interactive sessions are designed to provide participants the time and space to learn more about who they are\, what their needs and wants are\, and the areas in which they would like to grow. The sessions are: \nJuly 16 – Self-Care: In this class\, participants will learn how important it is to take care of themselves physically\, mentally\, emotionally and spiritually in order to have good health and wellbeing\, and a more balanced life. \nJuly 18 – Boundaries: In this class participants will learn how to set healthy boundaries in their lives. \nJuly 23 – Communication: In this class\, participants will learn different communication styles\, and how important it is to find and use their own voices. \nJuly 25 – Moving Forward: From here participants can start to discover their goals\, dreams and passions; each baby step supports moving forward into the future. \nTo register\, call 908-788-1453 or 908-900-0060\, Ext. 1503.
