DESCRIPTION:Job Readiness Computer Skills will be offered in May by Norwescap in an in-person training series at the agency’s training center at 84 Park Ave. The free series will run from 8:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. using agency computers and Internet: \nMay 7: Introduction to #GoogleDocs Learn\, how to format\, create documents and save them on #GoogleDrive. \nMay 9: Office 365 Excel day 1\, to create spreadsheets and charts. \nMay 14: Office 365 Excel day 2– Continue working on spreadsheets and charts \nMay 16: Office 365 Google Sheets – Learn how to create spreadsheets and save to Google Drive. \nMay 23: Office 365 PowerPoint day 1 to create professional presentations \nMay 28: Office 365 PowerPoint day 2 to create professional presentations \nMay 30: Google Presentations – Learn how to create a presentation and save it in Google Drive. \nAnd lastly\, on May 30\, The Career & Life Club will present Getting Comfy with Public Speaking at noon via Zoom.
