SUMMARY:Solar Photovoltaic Free Training Bootcamp
DESCRIPTION:Middlesex College’s Office of Workforce Development and Lifelong Learning is hosting a free Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Training Bootcamp from February 5 to 9\, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day. \nThe in-person bootcamp being presented at the college in Edison aims to help attendees train for entry-level jobs in this fast-growing industry. It is presented in collaboration with Dimension Renewable Energy. \nTopics covered: Introduction to Solar PV; Solar PV Sales; Installation Fundamentals; Solar Photovoltaic Design; 2020\, 2017\, and 2014 National Electrical Code; Hands-On Equipment Exercises; and Preparation for NABCEP Photovoltaic Associate Exam. \nAttendees with leave with the knowledge needed to take a certification exam and have the chance to network and interview for a job with employers who have active job openings. \nFor more information on the boot camp\, contact CE_Registration@middlesexcc.edu or 732-906-2556.
