Meet the Trades

N.J. Department of Labor Commissioner Robert Asaro-Angelo, Hunterdon County Vocational School officials and several Hunterdon County employers took part in a substantive discussion about apprenticeships and workforce development needs in the county before the start of a Meet the Trades event at the school in Flemington on Wednesday, Nov. 13. The event, part of National Apprenticeship Week activities, put a spotlight on the growing number of apprenticeship opportunities at the school and around the Greater Raritan area. This learn-while-you-earn model leads to career pathways and sustainable careers around the state.
